Strong. Independant. She's amazing. Just a little time with her, and her calm attitude is making everyone think deeper. We used to be a bunch of hotheads, not after her. She has this sort of quirkiness, a sort of double edge to her word that mostly stops us. She's very focused, not losing her cool. She made a promise and she's keeping it by Yevon. This woman could have been a commander if she choose. She can analyze and track the threats, having a good judgement of how to fight.. she's beaten us all over several times, pointing our mistakes. A good, patient and yet honest teacher. We know next to nothing about her.. but who cares? She's a perfect commander, a perfect fighter. I envy her.. but I adore her.
*sound of shuffling and the handing of something. A small laugh, and steps walking away.*
Confidant. Proud. She fights like there's no tomorrow. But she's kind. She gives, she helps. Although her comments can be scathing, she's doing this to bring back to the reality. Strong. Very. Picks fights.. with people stronger then her. Can't take an insult. Protective. But secretly. Hmm. Her past troubles her. She's very quiet, withdrawn. But always ready to move, to fight. Gotta watch her, be careful. Oh.. dangerous, violent... oh dear.

Woah! That girl looks dangerous! That sword, her clothes. She looks ready to kick ass. And I'm not afraid, actually, it almost makes me want to fight her! That confident swagger, that calm look in her eyes.. she seems a steady and strong fighter. Her clothing is unlike anything I've ever seen and damn, that just makes her more. More desirable, more powerful just, more. I love it. I think I'm going to go try and talk to this red eyed, slightly paled woman with that spiked feather hair.. hey it glows silver. Kick ass. She's not too tall, just about a half foot shorter then me I think and I'm 6'. Goddamn.. I swear, there's no one else like her.
*steps walking away, a pen dropping, as the paper is taken and shoved into a pocket.*

Pein ||Magical|| - [Paine's unique blade. It bears an almost similar name to her, which makes her smile. The skill of her blade is Shockwave. This is a passive ability, in the manner that when she attacks, the force of which she attacks sends back small shockwaves, simply shaking the opponent. But she can activate the skill, to create a shockwave able to push back a full armored person at least five meters. But it requires a 3 post cooldown each time she activates it

Clothing - [Paine's clothing is made of durable material, althought not magical. So it can resist wear and tear pretty easy, and is good in being light. She is known to wear iron on her boots and gloves, to give more impact.]

Warrior Instinct - [Many wonder how Paine can so very much counter and avoid attacks. A passive skill, she's able to sense when her opponent will attack, due to a combination of sharp eyes and knowledge of her opponent's body. However, it's not guaranteed. It just gives her a better chance to counter or avoid whatever's coming. She can fail and she does fail, because no one is perfect.]
Record - [Paine holds the ability to record events as she sees them into Spheres. She's quite adept at this, particularly during her battles, to remember everything and record it in order to review it. She can also help others make Sphere records as well, as long as they supply what they need and the memories.]

Children in Spira were taught since their youth to whorship and praise Yevvon. So Paine was no differant, rather just an orphan that was forced to wander around. The girl was very touch from a young age, her eyes differant and she was getting mocked for it. So early on, the child knew how to fight. She made sure to defend herself from the bullies around her, and quickly was disillusioned with Yevvon. Of course, she had to pay lip service, but really, who didn't? The girl was very independant, living on her own and working to kill monsters from a young age, always determined to take everything out. She was a hardworker of course, but slowly her personnality changed as she grew older. Time wasn't too much on her side, but she did the best she could, trying to get her life together on her own. One thing she hated was the admit that she needed help.. and it took a kind old lady to just litterally grab the young girl and drag her along to realise that her body wasn't well. This lady's son taught her how to weild a blade, but that's it, Paine learning the rest by herself.
''You know, living on my own was hard. But I learned how to do it. So what? It was easy. But this old woman and her son gave me a taste of something. I wanted to travel, to gather records. So that's what I did. And I'd like to say I'm damn good. But just so you know.. I want friends. I'll find 'em. I heard that Yuna was a kind person.. what would she say to someone like me? I don't know. But hey. I've got a life to live.. let's live it.''
