Well, some of you mightn’t, but you’re finding out now~! Think your character’s AP-deprived? Want to get some of those neat items in the AP Centre, but can’t afford it? Really want a new class ability~?
Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeell, do I have the contest for you~! ^_^
An advertising contest~! (Duh) What to do? Go to every RP site that you can find and post our ad (make sure the title is Final Fantasy X: Shattered Spiral)! We don’t have any ads posted (yet ^_~), so it shouldn’t be too hard to see if there’s already an ad posted on a site, just search “Final Fantasy X: Shattered Spiral” to make sure that there are no topics already with that title. Then post the link to your ad in this thread (put all your links in ONE POST or we’re gonna have an entirely-too-large topic). And you’re done!
(Oh, and if you can snag an Affiliate, that’s 5 ads)
Now, the stuff you’re all interested in… the rewards.
For the winners, the ones who simply post the most ads:
1st place: 350 AP
2nd place: 250 AP
3rd place: 150 AP
Pretty sweet, eh? Enough to get some pretty cool stuff~
However, there are also going to be checkpoint rewards, to encourage everyone to advertise and make sure that everyone gets a fair shake at a huge chunk of AP. The rewards stack, so you can make yourself a metric crapton of AP if you really work at it~
First 25 ads posted: 50 AP bonus
When you hit 50 ads total: 50 AP bonus
100 ads: 50 posts (with the 50 ap that comes with those posts, so you can get pretty close to getting a leader/lieutenant position~!)
150 ads: 100 posts (same as above; if you’re keeping track, that’s 150 posts and 250 AP by now!)
200 ads: 150 AP bonus
300 ads: 350 AP bonus!!! (If you get this far, it’d get you a total of 150 posts, and 750 AP!!! Plus winning rewards~)
and finally, for the truly, truly insane:
1000 ads: 350 AP bonus PLUS, and this is a biggie… automatically finish mastering whatever class you’re in now (which unfortunately doesn’t apply to custom class characters), plus starting another (which normally costs 500 AP for characters who’ve already mastered a class, or 750 for custom classes). Free of charge.
Yeah, if you actually manage to do all of this, you could basically become a GOD~
And you don’t even have to win to get any of THAT stuff, so everyone has a shot at getting a crapton of AP~
And, you know, there is the whole “getting new members” thing, which means you have more people to RP with, a more active site to enjoy, and more friends to make~! Always a plus~
Come on, you know you want to~! Even if you get the bare minimum checkpoint reward, 25 ads, you get 50 AP, which is pretty darn nice~ Please give it a shot, and have fun ^_~
