Appearance
Height: 5’11”
Weight: 170 lbs
Build: Light and slim.
Skin Colour: Light tan
Hair Style: Very short, not by a shaver
Hair Colour: Light brown
Eye Colour: Dark brown
Clothing: Logos is sometimes thought of a strange looking priest, from his style of dress. He wears it as it easily conceals his weapons and pays homage to his father, who was a priest. The main color is navy blue, accented with a light blue belt and silver designs, with the religion’s symbol on the sleeves and black apron. He wears a black helmet, in case he were to face off against another gunner.
Weapons
Silver Hawk x2: Two long-barreled, six-shooter revolvers. Desran had them custom-made by an Al-Bhed gunsmith, for the best quality. The name is actually translated, or what he thinks what the name was. He isn’t close to being fluent in it. They are light, allowing them the be easily carried and aimed. They are large as the longer barrels help to ensure accuracy, but the handgun size doesn’t hinder his speed. However, their power is average compared with regular firearms.
Armour
Helmet: A black helmet that covers the top of his forehead and most of the back of his head. It’s made of a light metal that doesn’t make it too heavy, but don’t offer the best defense.
Outfit: It’s not metal, meaning most objects can penetrate and hit Logos. This isn’t the point to his armor choice. He likes dodging attacks all together instead of absorbing it, in any form. Logos doesn’t put himself in the front of the party, putting himself in the back to shoot the enemy. As he doesn’t like people to think he’s uncivilized, he conceals the guns in sheaths, on his arms. The robe prevents people from noticing them, most of the time.
Items
Potion x2
Enchanted Ammo x2

Class Abilities
Blinding Bullet: Hits an enemy with a special kind of bullet that emits a short-range, though extremely bright flash on contact, blinding the foe and inflicting Darkness. (Requires Enchanted Ammo) [Cooldown: 2 posts] AP Cost: 40 AP
Darkproof: A passive ability that makes the user immune against Darkness. AP Cost: 50 AP
Custom Abilities
Plasma Gun: Having some magical ability, Logos can concentrate magic energy into his weapon. Then he can fire off six small-sized balls of non-elemental magic. The shots can be a bit erratic and do medium damage. The down side is the gun becomes too hot to handle for some time, becoming too dangerous to reload. In fact, if he forgets to unload before hand, the ammunition will explode. This means destruction of the weapon and serious damage to Logos and anyone nearby. [Cooldown: 4 posts]

History
Desran was born to a priest and housewife, in the city of Bevelle. Jornel and Maedrith Logos were quite happy with their baby boy, as they could not wait for him to grow up and make them proud. Being upper-class; they knew that Desran shouldn’t have many worries and be able to focus on his studies. The parents were right, as their money paid for the finest studies; molding him to be intelligent and quick thinking. Due to the fancy lifestyle, it gave Logos a snobbish attitude. He isn’t rude, but it can be clearly seen he will look down on certain people and expects the best when he asks for it. Though he didn’t have many friends, his childhood was decent.
Des respected his father, often wishing to become him. He would go with out on walks with him or listened as he preached. Jornel had natural charisma and a genuine love of people, willing to help anyone at anytime and seemingly knew what to say in any situation. Sadly, Desran didn’t inherit those attributes; even being a bit shy around people. Knowing that he couldn’t be like his father, Logos decided to help protect him instead. This is when he decided to be a battle monk.
Training was difficult at first, being a spoiled child doesn’t help with athletic abilities. The other trainees didn’t help, most of them were indifferent, but some of them thought it was funny for him to be so out of shape. Despite the annoying idiots, Logos stuck with the monks. In 8 months, he was ready for his job. He had hoped to be stronger, but didn’t develop much, due to his body type. Instead, he was a better runner and had good reflexes, for dodging. The man decided to use guns, to better compliment his strengths.
Sadly, though his superiors like the fact he followed orders; he hasn’t form much of camaraderie. He’s an outcast among his group, as people don’t like dealing with his snobbish or commanding attitude. Logos knows his behavior isn’t the best, but believes people should focus more on his contributions to the monks versus some personal issues. It doesn’t help that the gunner doesn’t feel joy from his job. He’s often underused, being pushed for city guard duty than more honorable posts. No one he know appreciated his efforts or loyalty to Yuven. Plus, the recent addition of fighting more people hasn’t been pleasant. Fiends are one thing, but stupid people are still people. When everyone was under the Yevon banner; it made things much easier.
Desran would’ve been tempted if someone came along, recognizing brains and loyalty. But no one has, just his superiors of the Battle Monks. He doesn’t want the same routine anymore. All he wants is to work under a good leader. The man no longer wants his talents underused or be expected to kiss anymore butt.
